Do I need to install an app?
No. Buvette.be runs entirely in the browser, both for you and your customers. On smartphone, the page can simply be added to the home screen for a full-screen experience.
How do my customers pay for their order?
Payment remains handled by you as usual (cash, tokens, tickets or stamps): Buvette.be clearly displays the total due, but does not collect any online payment.
Can I change my prices during the event?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard: price, availability or visibility changes to an item are immediately reflected on your customers' menu.
What happens if I exceed the free quota?
Each new account starts with 1 free stand, up to 10 items each. Need more? Buy as many Événement or Illimité stands as needed, with no quantity limit.
What's the difference between Événement and Illimité?
Both offer unlimited items. The Événement stand remains valid for 0 days from first publication, while the 30 stand has no time limit.
How do I buy an additional stand?
From the pricing grid above, by clicking "Buy Événement" or "Buy Illimité". You are redirected to a secure online payment; your new stand is ready to configure as soon as payment is confirmed.
Can I print my menu with my own design?
Buvette.be automatically generates a print-ready menu with your QR code embedded. You can also reuse this QR code on your own poster or printed material.
